General principles of the Company's activities

These corporate values underpin our business principles. These principles are applied throughout our activities and define the standards of conduct that all employees of the Company follow in their work.

Mission of the Company is an efficient, responsible and profitable activity - the supply of the most modern and technologically justified equipment to reduce the cost of doing business to our customers. The company strives to achieve high performance in its work and ensure long-term leading positions in the market.

Company goals to become an international services company through our innovative products, service projects development, entry into international markets and implementation of the best world practices in all areas of our activity, work without harming people and the environment.

The company assumes responsibility in the following areas:

1. In front of employees.

Respect the rights of its employees, provide them with decent and safe working conditions, competitive working conditions; promote development and the possibility of realizing their potential; provide all employees with equal opportunities; encourage employees to participate in planning, managing and optimizing their work.

Guided by the desire to contribute to sustainable development, the Company uses a systematic approach to managing health, safety and the environment, aimed at complying with International legislation and constantly improving production results. The Company requires its contractors to address health, safety and environmental issues in accordance with these principles.

In solving these problems, we apply the same management methods as in other main areas of our activity, set targets for improvement, monitor and evaluate the results and report on them.

Honest Dealing
